Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno peppers in half.
- Place the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and garlic cloves on a baking sheet.
