Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  2. Place the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel.
