- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup diced green onions

Directions
- Preheat the sous vide water bath to 172°F (77.8°C).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Divide the mixture into silicone egg bite molds or small mason jars.
- Cover the molds or jars with aluminum foil or silicone lids.
- Place the molds or jars into the preheated water bath and cook for 45 minutes.
