Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits.
  3. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin into a circle, about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a spoonful of marinara sauce in the center of each flattened biscuit, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, and then add pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and onions.
