Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme, cook for 1 minute.
