Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt cake pan and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and cooled coffee.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
