- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Place the broccoli and cauliflower florets in the Instant Pot.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk in the milk and continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
