In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips, pecans, and praline candy pieces until evenly distributed.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
