- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the coconut milk, vegetable broth, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the green beans and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the coconut chicken and green beans with hot cooked rice.
