Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup of your favorite pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Using a tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten gently with your fingers.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and top each bite with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
