Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the beef cubes and garlic.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through.
  4. Add the parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  5. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
