Ingredients
1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the beef cubes and garlic.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through.
Add the parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
Serve over rice or noodles.
