Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
