Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until they are browned on all sides.
