Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Quickly pour caramel into a flan mold, swirling to coat the bottom.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
