Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and lemon juice.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
