Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and lemon juice.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
