Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, white wine or chicken broth, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread the bacon, mushrooms, and cheese over the chicken breasts.
Bake in preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
