Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the acorn squash wedges, olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper and toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
