Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the flour, salt, and cinnamon and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
