Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no pink remains.
- Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
