Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat your sous vide machine to 172°F (77.8°C).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, Gruyere cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Spray the inside of 6 sous vide egg bite molds with cooking spray.
- Divide the crumbled bacon evenly among the molds.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon in each mold, filling them about 3/4 full.
