Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar until well blended.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, flour, and caramel macchiato espresso powder.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just blended.
Fold in the chopped walnuts, if desired.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
