Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish.

  7. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  8. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and serve.
