Ingredients
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine tortellini, peas, onion, and tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over the tortellini mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
