Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Blend the strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt and orange juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed ice and blend until the ice is completely blended.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
