Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
