Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head of lettuce, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, onion, celery, bell pepper, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and olives. Toss to combine.
  3. Add the tuna mixture to the lettuce mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
