Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, diced avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve the salad chilled.
