Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt, honey and sparkling water (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth.
