Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Transfer cooked tortellini to a large bowl and let cool completely.
- Add tomatoes, cucumber, olives and artichoke hearts to bowl with tortellini.
- Pour Italian dressing over salad and stir to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
