Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Layer the tomato and mozzarella slices on a large plate or platter.
- Scatter the basil leaves over the top.
