Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2/3 cup of cold club soda
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces of white rum
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the strawberries, mint, and sugar until the strawberries are mashed and the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the club soda, lime juice, and rum. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour the mixture into the glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and serve. Enjoy!
