These Mexcellent Cheeseburgers are a fusion of classic American burgers with bold Mexican flavors. The juicy beef patties are seasoned with spices like cumin and chili powder, then topped with melted pepper jack cheese, avocado slices, and a zesty chipotle mayo.

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 slices pepper jack cheese
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 4 hamburger buns
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
