Ingredients
- 1 bagel, split in half
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/2 cup of lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup of cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup of tomatoes, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Toast the bagel halves in a toaster.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto one side of the bagel.
- Layer the cheese slices on top of the vegetables.
- Place the other half of the bagel on top of the cheese.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
