Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the raspberries, red onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, honey, cumin, and salt and pepper.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  3. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
