Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the raspberries, red onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, honey, cumin, and salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
