Ingredients
- 1 package (15.25-ounce) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Optional: pumpkin spice and/or chocolate chips, for garnish
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth. Spread over the Oreo crust.
- In a large bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until completely combined. Spread the whipped cream over the pumpkin layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with pumpkin spice and/or chocolate chips, if desired.
