Peanut Butter Cookies From Pyure

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Pyure All-Purpose Blend
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 large egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together Pyure All-Purpose Blend, peanut butter, sugar, butter, vanilla extract and egg until combined.
3. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool before serving.
