Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place banana, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into a glass and serve.
