Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt (if using).
  2. Stir until everything is combined.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and top with your desired toppings.
