Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil until all of the ingredients are blended together.
- Transfer to a jar or container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
