Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Put the diced mangoes, yogurt, honey, and cardamom powder into a blender.
  2. Pulse the blender on low speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Slowly add in the cold water and blend until the ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Add in the crushed ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and enjoy!
