Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.
  2. Add the lime juice and salt and mix until combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  4. Serve with chips, tacos, burritos, or just have it with a spoon!
