Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked vegetables (such as carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
  • 2 cups cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rice, vegetables, meat, soup, and cheese. Mix until ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Serve warm.
