Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 1-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with chips or vegetables.

  • This dip is a great way to use up leftover spinach.
