Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked ham, diced
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery round crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ham, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, crushed crackers, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
