Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked ham, diced
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery round crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together ham, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, crushed crackers, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
