Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package of egg noodles
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
      2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
      3. In a large bowl, combine the noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, onion, butter, and salt and pepper.
      4. Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
      5. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
      6. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
      7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
