Easy Cake Pops

Ingredients

• 1 box of cake mix
• 1 cup of vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/4 cup of sprinkles
• 1/4 cup of melted chocolate
• Candy melts (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and water until smooth.
3. Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
5. Let the cake cool completely.
6. Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
7. Add sprinkles and melted chocolate and mix together until combined.
8. Shape the cake mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
9. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball.
10. Melt the candy melts according to package instructions.
11. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy and let cool.
12. Enjoy!
