Ingredients
- 1 box of cake mix
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of sprinkles
- 1/4 cup of melted chocolate
- Candy melts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and water until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Add sprinkles and melted chocolate and mix together until combined.
- Shape the cake mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball.
- Melt the candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy and let cool.
