Ingredients

  • 1 package of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup of refried beans
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1/2 cup of sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • Sour cream for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the tortilla chips out on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the refried beans over the chips.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the chips and beans.
  5. Add the tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and olives.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and chips are golden brown.
  7. Serve with sour cream on top.
