Ingredients
- 1 store-bought or homemade graham cracker crust
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until the pudding thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Spread the pudding into the graham cracker crust.
- Top the pudding with the sliced bananas.
- Spread the Cool Whip over the top of the banana layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips over the top of the Cool Whip.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
