Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or tarragon)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
- Serve immediately with artichokes or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Interesting Facts
- This dipping sauce is also great with vegetables and chips.
- Adding a tablespoon of hot sauce or a teaspoon of horseradish can give the sauce a nice kick.
