Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt

- Green gel food coloring
- Red cinnamon candies
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Add green gel food coloring to one part of the dough and mix until fully colored.
- Wrap both portions of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Take a small piece of the green dough and roll it into a small ball, about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat with the rest of the green dough.
- Place the green dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
